the plateau under glass roof offers on the ground floor 150 m² on one level.
FORTYONE STUDIO is available for events, fashion shows or showrooms in
pop up.
From daylight studio to immaculate cyclorama, our studio can transform into a darkroom:
FORTY ONE is provided with opaque electric blinds. Versatile and open, the space can be reshaped and adjusted according to your needs. The studio is reserved for you, for a unique experience.
The new definition of comfort!
A kitchen and a bar have been created in order to enhance conviviality and warmth. Our ventilation system and our hair dryers are provided by Dyson, chosen for its perfect balance between technology and design.
This harmonious mix is reinforced by our Bang & Olufsen speakers, music resonates everywhere in the studio. The union between innovation and design inspires us and all the conditions are met to live unprecedented moments.

OCCHIO, leader on the German market for its design lighting equipment, chose FORTY-ONE to settle in France for the first time. Their system of lighting fixtures and multifunctional spots allows the perfect brightness.
